The new klyo tries to do better. Light wooden tables, modern tiled bar, floral patterned walls, lots of plants dangling from the ceiling. The gray of the Danube Canal cannot be completely neutralized during the day, but the whole thing looks noticeably friendlier and airier, especially when the sun is shining.

The menu has also become more modern and contemporary. Strictly speaking: more Instagram-compatible. The breakfast in particular looks very good and has been a permanent guest on the profiles of many food bloggers since it opened. Good for the Klyo (and its guests) that the breakfast menu between egg variations on (rightly!) Hip open crust bread and healthy cereal creations is not only photogenic, but also tastes appealing.

Every now and then, however, there is still room for improvement, for example with the somewhat salty Hollandaise sauce or the slightly hard protein pancakes.

Either way, the Klyo is massively well attended at breakfast time, which is why it is advisable to reserve in good time at least on the weekend and be patient. Our tip for the more impatient bruncher: it is better to stop by at an atypical time, then the waiting times are also within normal limits.
